About

I'm Aidan Steinbach. I've spent my career at the earliest stages of high-growth fintech startups - from early sales employee at a Series A company, to one of the first sales hires at a hypergrowth startup in San Francisco, to helping build and train the GTM team at Rho from the ground up. I've operated as an IC, advised on RevOps, and been in the room for hiring decisions. My focus is the 0 to $2M ARR window: helping founders sell better themselves, or building the system that lets them hand it off.
